Snap your items & submit
Gather your clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories. Open the SnapRaq portal on your phone and take a few overview photos of your batch — no need to photograph each item individually. Add an estimated count and any notes, then hit submit.

Schedule your free pickup
Choose a pickup day and time window that works for you. We currently run pickups on Tuesdays and Fridays in Carlsbad and Encinitas, with morning and afternoon windows available.

We inspect & photograph everything
Once we pick up your batch, every item gets individually inspected. We check condition, identify the brand, and take clean listing photos. Items that don't meet our quality standards are documented with photos and donated — you'll see exactly what was accepted and why anything was declined.

We research, price & list
We research comparable sold listings on Depop, Vinted, Poshmark, and eBay to set the right price for every item. Then we publish listings across multiple marketplaces to maximize your sell-through rate. You can see the research, the listed price, and every marketplace your item appears on — right in your portal.

We sell, pack & ship
When an item sells, we handle everything: printing the shipping label, packing the item, and dropping it at the post office. Buyers pay for shipping — it doesn't come out of your earnings. You'll get a notification the moment each item sells.

What we accept
We take most clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories in good condition.
We cannot accept:
Items with stains, tears, strong odors, or excessive wear. Underwear or intimate apparel. Items that are heavily pilled, faded, or damaged. Fast fashion with no resale value. We document and donate anything we can't list — you'll see photos of every rejection in your portal.
