Built by neighbors, for neighbors.
SnapRaq started in an Encinitas garage with a simple idea — what if selling your secondhand clothes was as easy as snapping a photo and not have to create and post a listing and not have to worry about shipping anything?

How it started
SnapRaq grew out of something our family was already doing, helping friends and neighbors sell their secondhand clothes for months — picking up bags, photographing everything, listing on Depop and Poshmark, shipping orders, and handing over cash. Word spread fast. People loved it.
The problem was doing it at scale without the right tools. Every batch meant hours of manual work. No system for tracking items, no way for customers to see what was happening with their stuff, no clean process for payouts. It worked when it was small. It would not work for a hundred customers.
So we built SnapRaq. A real platform, designed from the ground up for this exact business. With a customer portal that shows every item in real time, an operator dashboard for managing pickups and listings, AI-assisted pricing and descriptions, and a payout system that makes getting paid effortless.
We are launching August 1, 2026 in Carlsbad and Encinitas, right in the neighborhoods where this all started. Our plan is to grow across San Diego, then beyond. But we are starting here, with our community. We look forward to helping you clear out your closets and put some cash in your pockets.
The team
Small team, big systems. We built the tech so the experience scales.

What we believe
Radical transparency
You should see everything — every item, every price, every sale, every fee. No black boxes. No surprises. We built our entire platform around this principle.
Community first
We are not a national platform trying to scale fast. We are your neighbors in Carlsbad and Encinitas, building something that works for this community before we grow anywhere else.
Secondhand by default
Every item that sells through SnapRaq is one less item in a landfill. We believe the secondhand economy is better for people and better for the planet — and we want to make it as easy as possible.
Tech that earns its keep
We use AI and automation to do the repetitive work — identifying items, researching prices, writing descriptions — so our team can focus on the human part: pickups, relationships, and getting you paid.
Fair splits
We handle a lot. But so do you — you are trusting us with your stuff. Our commission tiers are designed to reward volume and loyalty, not squeeze every dollar out of a one-time transaction.
Local forever
Even as we grow, the SnapRaq model is built around neighborhood density. Tight routes, familiar faces, real relationships. That is what makes the pickup experience personal — and what makes the referral flywheel spin.

Carlsbad and Encinitas first.
We chose to launch in 92009 and 92024 because this is where we live. We know these neighborhoods — the school pickup lines, the Trader Joe's parking lot, the youth sports sidelines. We know our customers because we are part of the same community.
Starting small and dense means we can do pickups efficiently, build real relationships, and learn what our customers actually need before we expand. When we get it right here, we will bring it to the rest of San Diego — and eventually beyond.
Come be part of it.
